From our initial conversation after your enquiry, through the Site survey to the arrival of one installations team, MSi take every step to ensure that best practice is applied, I order that your purchase installation and enjoyment of your purchase is maximised to the full.

To be a part of MSi’s installations team, you have to show a keen eye to detail, consider the bigger picture of working with other trades, employ common sense at all times and have a commitment to offer piece of mind and quality service to our clients.

All MSi technical and sales staff receives on-going training through industry approved courses, specialising skills in individual product areas  and covering all aspects of installation, so that all team members understand the delivery process required to complete best standards in the purchase process.

This cross skills training gives MSi a unique strength in delivering the right solutions, best value and ongoing customer support and provides piece of mind for our clients to do business with us.

How can I be sure of the standards MSi provide?

It’s never an easy decision to start a new relationship, when perhaps you’ve experienced problems from other suppliers or are new to using industries services. MSi have twenty years experience in the AV and IT market and are one of the few companies in the industry that employ all their trades as full time team members.

We are very aware of the competitive nature of our industry and always endeavour to offer the very best value without compromise to standards or materials used. Our buying power ensures that we can bring higher quality products and materials to our installations than our competitors and we will never under sell our services against cowboy traders who sell the very cheapest materials and deliver the poorest standards of workmanship to grab a deal.

Are the installation services exclusive to MSi customers or do we sell our services to the trade?

It’s not so surprising that many trade companies ask us to undertake their installations for them, as it is clear to them that their customers will receive the same overall standards of installation as our own, but not every trade company can enjoy the benefit of our services.

Standards are the most important and so if those companies don’t share our ethos, we don’t share our services.
We don’t feel sharing our services with the trade is a negative, the more installations undertaken to the standards we have trained reinforces our industries reputation, which compared to many technology markets is highly respected.


Will I get best quality components and fare pricing?

You won’t find cheap components’ or low grade cabling in our installations. It may suit installers that have no concerns for signal integrity, reliability of service or customer respect, but you will find in many areas a choice of cabling and component that provides value in all levels but offers choice to those who understand the benefits and performance gains that can be achieved from higher grade components’  

Cable quality does vary and in signal terms you will find OFC cable (oxygen free) and high copper content cable has the best signal characteristics. However more installations are now being applied with Cat5e or even Cat6e structures.
